Kirnland Food Referral Program “Referral Program”

The purpose of this Referral Program is to grow our Kirnland Food Distribution, Inc. (“Kirnland Food”) business by signing on new restaurant customers (“Referees”) through referrals from existing restaurant customers (“Referrers”), and to enhance the loyalty of Referrers. If specific qualifications are met, the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a $100 voucher (“Voucher”) on their Kirnland Food account to be used towards a qualifying future order.

Program Rules:

1. Referral must be made on or after September 9, 2023 to qualify.
2. Referral of a new restaurant customer, or Referee must come from an existing restaurant customer or Referrer.
3. Referees must meet one of the following criteria to qualify:
   1. A restaurant customer without an established account with Kirnland Food; or
   2. A ‘stale’ account, which is a previous restaurant customer who has not placed an order within one (1) year (or more) of account establishment with Kirnland Food.
4. Referee must place a minimum $1,000 initial order with Kirnland Food to get a Voucher and trigger Voucher for Referrer.

Program Process:

1. The Referrer provides their Kirnland Food Customer ID to the Referee.
2. The Referee contacts Kirnland Food to establish an account and provides the Referrer’s Customer ID as reference.
3. Once a successful order of $1,000 or more is made and paid for in full by Referee, both Referee and Referrer will receive a $100 Voucher (each) on their Kirnland Foods accounts towards a future order.

Voucher Reward and Redemption:

1. After a successful referral, referral Vouchers are awarded in the following ways:
   1. To New or ‘activated’ accounts (Referees) after placing and paying in full for an initial $1,000 minimum order
   2. Existing accounts (Referrers) after Referee places and pays in full for their initial qualifying order.
2. The Voucher can only be used on a Qualifying Order, which is a future order.
3. Only one Voucher can be used per Qualifying Order.
4. Vouchers cannot be combined or broken apart, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or any other item of value.
5. Vouchers expire six (6) months after their initial award date.

Cancellation of Referral Voucher:

If it is found that the Referrer or the Referee or any of their employees, officers, directors, agents, or anyone acting on their behalf are suspected of fraud or false statements regarding the Referral Program, such as registering with false information, they will not be eligible to receive a Voucher. Vouchers that may have been used after fraud or false information is discovered may be charged the Voucher amount on a future order. Voucher cancellations may be appealed by sending written notice to:

Updates to and/or Discontinuation of Referral Program:

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Referral Program with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of Kirnland Food in all matters under its control is final and binding.
